Patek, Philippe & Cie., Geneva, Switzerland, man's pocket watch, 20 jewels, stem wind and set, cotes de Genève decorated nickel movement, counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, gold timing screws and whiplash micrometric regulator, the balance cock engraved "Pat. Feb. 5, 67", acknowledging George Reeds patent for this type of regulator, in an 18 karat, yellow gold, hinged back and snap bezel, open face case, the inside of the case back marked "Tiffany & Co.", and also with Swiss hallmark, the case back with monogram, and Arabic numeral, single sunk, white enamel dial signed "Tiffany & Co." in script, plum colored steel spade and poker hands, serial #76479, 47mm, 68.3g TW, c1887, with Patek Philippe extract from the archives.

CASE: Minor pin pricks, band, 10:00; Fine scratches on outer surface of case; Fine scratches on cuvette; Inside of cuvette with later graining; Crystal with surface flake at 12:00; Bow worn; Crown worn; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: Hairlines in enamel, very light, center to 10:30, center to 1:30, center to seconds bit; Spider hairlines, very faint, near dial edge, 8:00. HANDS: Spot of oxidation, minute hand. MOVEMENT PLATES: Scratches on barrel bridge originating at set lever screw; Minor scratches on bridges and cocks; Haze; Set lever screw head marred, balance cock screw head with minor scratches, marks; Spot of oxide on balance upper endstone setting; Loss to blacking in engraving. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks).
